13th International Telemann Competition for period string instruments and chamber music ensembles
For the 13th time, the International Telemann Competition is inviting young musicians to Magdeburg who are committed to historically informed interpretation practice. The public competition is announced in the categories baroque violin, viola da gamba and chamber music ensembles and will take place between March 21-30, 2025 under perfect conditions in the Gesellschaftshaus Magdeburg. Feedback talks with a top-class jury and stage training offered for the first time will give participants valuable impulses and experience for their musical careers in addition to the performance comparison.
